CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. All deposits are non-refundable. Clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments. By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy.
