Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in loss of deposit. NO-SHOW POLICY Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit. After two no-shows, future appointments may require payment in full at booking and online booking privileges may be removed. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your service to be shortened. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and could result in loss of deposit. CHILDREN & GUESTS Only clients receiving services should be present in treatment rooms. Children should not be left unattended in the studio. Additional guests may be asked to wait in the lobby area. REFUND POLICY Services rendered are non-refundable. If you are disastisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can discuss a solution. Retail products may be exchanged within 14 days if unopened and in original condition. LASH POLICY Please arrive with clean lashes free of mascara and makeup. Excessive shedding due to aftercare issues is not eligible for refund. Foreign fills may require a full set price depending on lash condition. FACIAL & SKIN POLICY Clients must disclose all medications, allergies, and medical conditions. Results vary based on home care, lifestyle, and skin condition.
